Terms of service

These terms govern discreet.gg account access, creator profile and wishlist publishing, gift-funding checkout, payouts routed through Stripe Connect, and the related security and account-management features.

Account ownership

You are responsible for the email address, password, and devices used to access your account. Verified email status is treated as proof of control for sensitive flows.

Security actions

The service may revoke sessions, require password resets, or block access when suspicious activity is detected or when account integrity is at risk.

Gift funding

discreet.gg currently allows buyers to fund creator-defined gift amounts. Unless the product explicitly says otherwise, buyers are not purchasing a platform-fulfilled physical item. discreet.gg remains the buyer-facing checkout surface and Stripe routes creator payouts privately to connected accounts.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds and payment disputes are handled through the platform’s Stripe account. The service may delay or reverse gift availability when refunds, disputes, or payout compliance issues affect a completed payment.
