How referrals work on discreet.gg.

Who Is Eligible

• Referrers must have an active discreet account.
• Referred creators must be new to discreet.
• The referred creator must sign up using your referral link.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and retroactive claims do not qualify.

How It Works

1. You share your referral link.
2. A new creator signs up using your referral link.
3. They keep 100% of the listed gift price on funded gifts they receive.
4. For 6 months after signup, you earn 30% of the 9.75% buyer service fee on each funded gift they receive.
5. Referral payouts go to the same connected Stripe account as your creator payouts.

It runs automatically. No code, form, or manual claim is needed.

What Counts Toward Referral Earnings?

• Only funded gifts processed on discreet during the first 6 months after the referred creator signs up count.
• Referral earnings are 30% of the 9.75% buyer service fee tied to each funded gift.
• Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks can reduce or reverse earnings tied to an order.
• Off-platform sales, taxes, and other fees do not count.

Payout Timing

• Referral earnings land in the same connected Stripe account as your gift payouts.
• discreet uses daily payouts with a 7-day delay before funds become available.
• Once funds are available, Stripe pays them out on your normal schedule.

Abuse & Fraud Policy

discreet reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or revoke referral earnings in cases of abuse of the referral program, including but not limited to self-referral, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, artificially inflating order value, or any attempt to manipulate referral tracking or platform fee generation.
